An Associate at Hanley Investment Group, Eric specializes in the sale of retail properties including single-tenant NNN properties, strip centers, and neighborhood shopping centers. With his considerable experience in investment and real estate finance, Eric has proven to be a great asset to the team and his clients with his insights and valuable perspective in asset valuation, financial modeling, strategic marketing, capital sourcing, and business management and development.
Prior to joining Hanley Investment Group, Eric was a Director at Faris Lee Investments, where he managed a team of financial analysts, research associates, and marketing personnel.
Eric began his career as a Commercial Mortgage Origination Analyst at Wells Fargo Bank’s Commercial Mortgage Group, where he underwrote and originated CMBS loans through the Southern California Commercial Banking office, and was involved in the origination of over $1 billion dollars in CMBS loans.
Eric graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Business and Management. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a candidate for Certification with Argus DCF Valuation.
He enjoys volunteering with local charities including Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Habitat for Humanity and Crystal Cove’s Marine Conservation Project and earned a congressional recognition for his significant philanthropic efforts. A resident of Costa Mesa, Eric serves as a member of the City of Costa Mesa’s Housing and Community Development Committee.
