A private investor acquired the retail property at 26342 Oso Pky in Mission Viejo, CA from Makena Resources, Inc. for $8 million, or about $533 per square foot.
The two-story, multi-tenant retail building was constructed in 2006 at the signalized corner of the Oso Parkway off-ramp in Orange County. The Beverly Plaza building totals 14,458 square feet.
Jon Selznick of Hanley Investment Group represented the seller. Amir Araghi and Serge Vishmid of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the buyer.
