As a Senior Associate at Hanley Investment Group, Nate is a retail investment sales professional with over fifteen years of experience advising clients through the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets throughout the United States. He specializes in the underwriting of multi-tenant retail shopping centers by providing institutional and private investors an in-depth analysis of current market trends, due diligence, and financial forecasting, using industry-leading programs such as ARGUS Enterprise. In addition to underwriting, Nate is pivotal to Hanley Investment Group’s business development and client services during the real estate transaction process.
Prior to joining Hanley Investment Group in 2018, Nate’s experience in real estate expanded across multiple facets of the business, including a full-service shopping center developer, a national leasing brokerage company, a market-leading real estate investment services firm, and a consulting firm for California municipalities.
Nate graduated from Arizona State University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning with a Minor in Geography and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and an active member of ICSC.
Nate lives in Dana Point and enjoys trail running, cycling, surfing, and fishing.
