As Marketing Manager at Hanley Investment Group, Loan is responsible for the strategic branding and marketing materials used to promote the company and its agents. Alongside her talented team of graphic designers, Loan and the Marketing department excels at producing best-in-class offering memorandums and various collateral to serve the needs of their clients. She is also involved in the company’s ongoing Movember fundraising efforts, which generated over $34,000 in 2022.
Loan began her commercial real estate career in 2013 at CBRE. She worked as a Graphic Designer, providing marketing support to executive leadership and capital market brokers nationwide. Her more recent role was at Newmark’s Irvine office. There, she focused on business development and property marketing across 7 offices in the western region United States. Her work and dedication to the company aided in the closing of various high-profile institutional offices and industrial assets.
Loan graduated from California State University, San Bernardino with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Marketing. Outside of work, Loan enjoys staying active by surfing, snowboarding, and reformer pilates. She also spends quality time with her friends and family, which includes 8 nieces and nephews.
