Hanley Investment Group has arranged the sale of two single-tenant, triple-net leased properties occupied by O’Reilly Auto Parts for a combined price of $5.5 million.
An investor from northern California acquired both properties in separate transactions to complete 1031 exchanges.
Acquisitions include an 8,037-square-foot store located at 100 E. Cypress Road in Oakley, California, and an 8,000-square-foot store located at 13224 Telegraph Road in Taylor, Michigan.
Jeremy McChesney of Hanley Investment Group represented the sellers in both transactions, with help from JDS Real Estate Services Inc. in the disposition of the Michigan location.
Dan Diehl of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer in both transactions.
