As Digital Marketing Manager at Hanley Investment Group, Heidi is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and strategies that enhance Hanley’s online brand as well as drive traffic to the website. This includes email marketing, analyzing metrics and campaigns, identifying digital marketing trends, social media marketing, and website management. Heidi works alongside the agents and associates to ensure they have access to the latest digital marketing technology and resources to help secure deals for their clients.
Heidi has worked in digital marketing since 2012, and began her commercial real estate career at Westar Associates, a developer out of Newport Beach in 2016. At Westar, she handled the marketing of Westar’s entire shopping center portfolio, created marketing materials and content for Westar’s in-house leasing team, created and managed shopping center marketing budgets, maintained corporate branding, and more. In addition, she was responsible for the management of Westar’s corporate website, as well as all of the individual shopping center websites & social media channels.
Heidi graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. Outside of work, Heidi enjoys traveling, camping, skiing, cooking, and spending time with friends, family, and her two pets – Tipper, a Dachshund mix, and K-Nug (Kitten Nugget), a little black kitty. She is an active member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities).
