As Operations Manager at Hanley Investment Group, Skyler is dedicated to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and supporting the team of agents. She works closely with the COO to manage agent licenses, oversee property management for the Hanley building, and coordinate company events. Skyler’s organizational expertise and proactive approach ensure that every aspect of the office runs efficiently and effectively.
Prior to joining Hanley Investment Group, Skyler spent 12 years in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles and 4 years working at a private equity/venture capital firm, splitting her time between Los Angeles and New York. This broad experience has equipped her with the skills to excel in operations management.
Skyler graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film and Television. She went on to produce projects in the entertainment industry, eventually working at one of the top three talent agencies in the world.
As a resident of Seal Beach, Skyler enjoys spending time at the beach with her family and traveling the world.
