As a Vice President at Hanley Investment Group, William is a retail investment sales professional with over 10 years of experience advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant NNN investments, neighborhood shopping centers, power centers, and urban retail throughout the United States. He is involved in all aspects of the transaction process including business development, client services, property valuation, underwriting, escrow management, and facilitating the procurement of offers.
William joined the Hanley team in 2012 and has since participated in more than 700 transactions totaling over $3 billion with some of the top developers, property owners, financial institutions, and retailers nationwide.
William graduated from The Ohio State University. He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities).
He is a two-time NCAA All-American and four-year letter-winner with the Ohio State Men’s Gymnastics Team and is heavily involved in the Ohio State Alumni Association of Orange County. William lives in Huntington Beach with his wife and two daughters.
