Corona Del Mar, CA-based real estate brokerage and advisory firm Hanley Investment Group has announced that the firm raised $33,265 for Movember. The company ranked 12th nationally among the thousands of teams that participated in the fundraiser, and has now pulled-in over $333,000 for Movember since 2011.
Movember is a global charity dedicated to raising awareness and funds for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. In addition to growing moustache’s in November, Hanley Investment Group also co-hosted a fundraising event at Muldoon’s Irish Pub in Newport Beach, CA. The festivities included guest bartenders from Hanley Investment Group, Coastal Commercial and Lounge Group Consulting and a portion of all bar sales was donated to Movember.
“We hope that by calling attention to men’s health, we can save lives and spare friends and family the heartache of loss,” said Hanley Investment Group President Ed Hanley, who lost his father to prostate cancer in 2009.
