A Senior Vice President at Hanley Investment Group, Lee is a retail investment sales professional specializing in advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant NNN investments, grocery-anchored shopping centers, multi-tenant strip centers, and urban mixed-use assets. Lee is an expert in property valuation and providing his clients with a thorough understanding of the market value of their properties. Additionally, Lee has successfully helped in advising multiple national retailers with their corporate real estate strategies to generate revenue through sale-leaseback transactions and the selling of owned real estate that is non-essential to corporate operations. His extensive market knowledge combined with his comprehensive financial analysis skills, allows him to assist his clients in achieving top prices in today’s real estate market.
Lee joined the Hanley team in 2007 and has since represented over $700 million in assets with some of the top developers, financial institutions, and retailers including: RH (formerly Restoration Hardware), Albertson’s, Federal Realty Trust, Macy’s Department Stores, ASB Real Estate Investments, Catellus Development Corporation, CIM Group, Dollar Tree/Family Dollar Stores, Related California, Merlone Geier Partners, Nationwide Insurance, Principal Financial Group, Aegon (Transamerica), and Zurich Alternative Asset Management.
Lee graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Land Investment. He is a licensed Broker in California and Arizona, an active member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities), and highly skilled in Argus DCF/Enterprise Valuation. Lee lives in Newport Beach with his wife and children. In his free time, he enjoys boating, fishing, and being outdoors.
