An Executive Vice President at Hanley Investment Group, Kevin Fryman is a retail investment specialist in the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers nationwide. Focusing on multi-tenant strip centers, single-tenant NNN properties, and grocery-anchored centers throughout the U.S., Kevin has built strong relationships with real estate industry professionals, including both private and institutional investors as well as investment brokers.
His extensive market knowledge combined with his comprehensive financial analysis and property valuation skills, allow him to achieve top prices in today’s real estate market. Kevin has personally closed and contributed to the sale of $1 billion in retail investment properties through his outstanding advisory services, extensive industry relationships, and transaction expertise.
In 2022, Kevin celebrated his 20th year working with Hanley Investment Group. His dedication and hard work earned him Hanley Investment Group’s prestigious “Creed Award” for successfully closing the most challenging and complex transaction of the year in 2019, 2017, 2015, 2013, 2011-2009, and 2006. In 2016, Kevin received the Legacy Award, which represents a significant closing that will always be remembered in our Hanley Hall of Fame. Kevin also earned the 2016 CoStar Power Broker Award where he was named a top sales broker in Orange County.
Kevin graduated from James Madison University in Virginia with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree focused in Finance. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and an active member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities).
Kevin lives in Laguna Niguel with his wife and two daughters. He spends his weekends with the family exploring Southern California’s beaches, restaurants, theme parks, and national parks.
