Chino, Calif. — Ed Hanley and Bill Asher of Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors have been chosen to market the sale of Stater Bros. Plaza, a 73,600-square-foot shopping center located in Chino.
The property is on sale for $35 million. A 44,000-square-foot Stater Bros. grocery store anchors the property, which is currently 95 percent occupied.
“The grocery-anchored center is the brick and mortar retail investment that will continue to thrive today and in future economic cycles,” says Asher. “They are Internet resistant, typically with complementary food and service-related retailers that buyers, ranging from REITs to private buyers, are smartly sinking their money into for a secure and stable long-term investment.”
