Suramya joined Hanley Investment Group in 2021 and currently serves as an Associate for two of the top senior agents at the company. She manages all aspects of a transaction starting with sale contracts to the creation of investment offering memorandums, due diligence organization, and finalizing with escrow and closings.
A 14-year corporate real estate veteran, Suramya has substantial expertise in tenant and agency representation ranging from portfolio management to client services.
Suramya came to Hanley Investment Group after serving as an Operations Analyst for CBRE Inc.’s Southern California Multifamily Institutional/Capital Markets sales division. Prior to working in the multifamily space, Suramya was part of a top-producing industrial team where she engaged with clients to provide financial analysis, market research, and collateral materials for the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties in South Orange County. Suramya started her career in commercial real estate providing portfolio management services for multiple Fortune 500 companies, encompassing over 26 million square feet of corporate facilities in more than 80 countries around the world.
Suramya graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature. In her spare time, Suramya enjoys traveling the world, reading, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
