Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors, a nationally recognized real estate brokerage and advisory firm specializing in retail property sales, is pleased to announce the hire of two retail investment specialists, Alexander Moore and Sean Cox, who in 2022 won four CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deal Awards.

Moore and Cox will join the team led by Hanley Investment Group’s Executive Vice President, Kevin Fryman. Fryman has been with Hanley Investment Group since the company’s inception in 2004.
Moore is an alumnus of the University of Southern California, where he played middle linebacker for the Trojan Football Team. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Architecture. Moore is a member of the USC Alumni Association, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). His hobbies include skiing, golfing, travel, the Los Angeles Lakers and USC Trojans.
Cox graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego (USD), with an emphasis in real estate. He is also an alumnus of the Anglo-American University in Prague, where he studied marketing and macroeconomics for a semester. Cox is an avid member of the USD Real Estate Alumni Association as well as the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC). His hobbies include golfing, surfing, travel, the Los Angeles Lakers and Dodgers.
Both Moore and Cox previously served as directors at a Southern California-based retail real estate brokerage firm. Moore and Cox will continue to support their clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail investment assets working alongside their new team.
