As Vice President at Hanley Investment Group, Sean Cox specializes in advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of retail properties nationwide.
Sean is focused on developing significant relationships with the goal of helping his clients execute their financial vision and long-term business plan. His relentless work ethic and client dedication has allowed him to close over $150 million in retail transactions since 2021. In 2022, Sean was awarded four CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deal Awards for the sale of 3 anchored shopping centers in California and a single tenant Smart & Final.
Sean attended the University of San Diego and received and undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. Prior to joining Hanley, Sean started his career in real estate at Faris Lee Investments. He is an avid member of the USD Real Estate Alumni Association as well as the Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC). His hobbies include golfing, surfing, and traveling with friends and family.
