As a Vice President at Hanley Investment Group, Garrett Wood is a professional advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of all types of retail investments – specializing in his home state of Texas, where he represents HIG.
Having lived in every major metro area in Texas, Garrett’s innate understanding of the dynamics of the regional market has helped him excel in his career in CRE. Garrett continues to successfully advise his clients to acquire and sell retail investment properties in the Lone Star State and beyond.
Before joining HIG, he achieved Top Agent Companywide in 2018 and 2019 with Foresite Commercial Real Estate in San Antonio. In 2021, he became a licensed Texas Broker and founded Priority CRE, where he specialized in retail investment sales in the Central and West Texas Markets.
Garrett graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business in 2012. After college, he flew as a corporate pilot for a couple years before embarking on his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2015. A seventh-generation Texan, he enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, boating, and serving within his church and community. He is a proud member of the Friends of the Alamo Association, and is an active member in the Central Texas CCIM Chapter. He and his wife reside in Marble Falls, Texas.
