As Vice President at Hanley Investment Group, Sean specializes in advising clients in the acquisition and disposition of NNN retail investments and shopping centers throughout California. Sean works with developers, family offices, and high net worth private investors to execute their business plan of maximizing value and achieving their long-term financial goals. Sean is actively engaged throughout the transaction process including property valuation, offer procurement, deal negotiation, and escrow management, to ensure a successful outcome for his clients.
Sean is focused on building meaningful relationships and providing unrelenting value to his clients well before and after a transaction. Sean has sold over $200 million in retail assets since 2022 and was awarded four CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deal Awards for the sale of 3 anchored shopping centers in California and the sale of a Smart & Final that achieved a record low cap rate for a single tenant grocery store sale in California.
Sean attended the University of San Diego and received and undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. Sean is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and an active member of the ICSC. His hobbies include golfing, surfing, and traveling with friends and family.
